Our Prekindergarten class expands on student learning and introduces a school-like structure, while still giving kids the time to be kids! Here, students learn to become more independent and rely on themselves. They also get more choices in what they want to learn, how they want to learn it, who they want to work or play with, and so on! The Prekindergarten room includes:
- Morning circle & story
- Specials (Music, Spanish, Art, Library, & P.E.)
- Yoga & Meditation
- Intentional play and free play
- Outdoor Learning
- Classroom Jobs/Responsibilities
*In order to be moved up to this class, students must be potty trained.*
This class is normally combined with the Kindergarten Prep class. Students will begin moving into Kindergarten Prep as they become ready to do so!
